Where are my manners? Yes, indeed Judy also did really well. And Dave, I know you know Herbie (he ran with you for most of the way at Scotiabank in 2009), he also did really well.

And Anita, never say never: Lisa is thinking she may want to do ENDURrun next year, either in the 'ultimate' competition or as part of a relay, possibly a husband-wife relay team (there are multiple ways to run ENDURrun, not necessarily just tackling all seven stages.

Congratulations to Duff and Matt, I am in awe!!
Also, to a future Beaches Runners Club member, Judy Hurst from Starbucks completed as well and a huge congrats to her as well.  Huge shout out from all the BRC ladies, you made us girls proud!
It takes a lot of mental and physical strength, determination and commitment to do what you all did and I am so inspired.  NOT inspired enough to think about doing it, but it makes me believe that with the proper mind set, the sky is the limit!

So ENDURrun 2010 is over and done with. It was an incredible experience. Duff finished overall 23rd out of 28 runners with a time of 16:42:35 and I finished 17th with a time of 15:59:14 (By comparison Bob Jackman, the returning champion, won it in 11:02:10).

Thanks, Duff, for all the support and advice throughout the training, and the event.

I'm aiming to post a stage-by-stage race report tomorrow night--I took hand-written notes after each stage. so stay tuned!

ENDURrun is awesome. I'm keeping notes and will post a stage by stage race report after it's over.
