Most of us ran long runs for half and marathon training. How did you do in the 3000?

Hi Walsh,

Nice results. 10:34 for 3000m and 5th place. There aren't many track runners within BRC but let me know the next meet you are planning on attending. I am sure we could conjur up a few guys.

I see you are unattached. Stay tuned as I will be putting out an email with uinstructions on how to join Athletics Ontario unde4r the Beaches Runners Club name.
