From Warm up area, make way along to crosswalk to north side of Lakeshore.
Follow Lakeshore all the way to lower DVP (Don Valley parkway). Cross at the lights there and head in to Lower Don trail (keep to the right and head north)
Follow the Don Trail for about 8K - all the way along until you come to the bridge where the 'molars' are (we have been there before)
Toronto (20K) runners will head east here under the DVP and into Taylor Creek Park.
Scotia (22k) runner will head north over the bridge and run for 1K until you get to the circular parking lot (where we have turned around before) - Turn around and head back, then under the DVP into Taylor Creek Park.
Once in Taylor Creek park you will run for about 3k and then make a right turn up the path to Lumsden Ave (We have returned this way home on a previous route - There is also a path going left to Halsey Ave.)
Go right on Lumsden to Main.
Left on Main to Gerrard.
Right on Gerrard to Northwood.
Left on Northwood and follow around to Benlamond.
Left on Benlamond back to Main.
Right on Main to Kingston rd.
Right on Kingston Road to Woodbine.
Left on Woodbine to the Boardwalk.
Boardwalk to foot of warm up area, up Waverley to Running Room.
