From Running Room - Go to the boardwalk. Follow the boardwalk and onto the bike path to Ashbridges Bay to the Lakeshore bike path.
Follow Lakeshore all the way to lower DVP (Don Valley parkway). Cross at the lights there and head in to Lower Don trail (keep to the right and head north)
When you come to Pottery road, you will have to do a slight jog but generally straight through to continue on the trail.
Follow the Don Trail for about 8K - all the way along until you come to the bridge where the 'molars' are (we have been there before)
Head east under the DVP and into Taylor Creek park (stay left as you get to Taylor creek. The left options are always dryest.
Once in Taylor Creek park you will run for about 5k until you come to the end of it. 1 flight of stairs up to Victoria park ave.
Go right on Victoria Park to Kingston Road.
Left on Kingston road to Fallingbrook.
RIght on Fallingbrook to Willow.
Left on Willow.
Right on Park ave, follow around down to Hubbard.
Follow Hubbard into Kew beach park and finish along the path back up to the Running Room.
