From Running Room, to Woodbine
North to Kingston Road, turn right
East to Main, turn left.
North to Lumsden, turn right
Enter Park from Lumsden (at Barrington St)
Follow Trail and keep to the right
Stay right and follow trail to Sunnybrook park (Watch for signs to guide you)
Run to the top of the hill until you get o the end of the stables
Return along same route.
